Amazingly helpful and kind staff. With 2 hyperactive kids they still helped accommodate us to the best extent. Good food and great atmosphere. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises from our room

I was there for a conference. Ordered quick dinner in the restaurant so I could return to lectures. Ordered grilled cheese sandwich, waitress brought me a hamburger. No time to wait for my actual order, so I ate the hamburger. Three hours later, started 24 hours bonding with the bathroom. I wasn't able to eat for three days. Missed my classes.

Attentive and friendly staff. Amazing chefs, I can just rave about their food. You MUST try the Cabana Dining Experience at least once in your life. You've never eaten that well in your life. Beautiful rooms, comfy beds, amazing views. I'm glad we spent our honeymoon here.

The hotel is nice and decorated well. It seemed yo be in a slight state of disrepair. One elevator was broken during my 3 night stay and another made horrible sounds. Valet is overpriced at $22. My coworker requested that our room not be cleaned with the front desk. It was cleaned and our personal items on the desk, console, and vanity were moved aside. This wouldn't be terrible except my coworker had a bone marrow transplant 9 months ago and has precautions with her items. Her pillow used for her feet was placed on top of her head pillow. Her case with pills was moved (nothing missing). For someone with great sanitary precautions, it was disconcerting to know her things were touched.

Room appeared clean and we were pleased with our in room dining experience. Had to use our cell phone for calling front desk as the phone in our room was not working. The clothes closet was in the bathroom and the clothes bar was a few feet from the floor; that is, hanging clothes were on the floor. Very limited drawer space for clothes. Very limited space in bathroom for putting personal items (i.e. toothpaste, tooth brush, deodorant). Bedding was a concern as the pillows didn't smell clean. Requested room with coastal view; instead, got room with a full view of the roof (including satellite dishes and air conditioners) and a coastal peek. A few years ago when we were in Daytona Beach, we stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and we had none of these concerns. So, in my opinion, the Holiday Inn Express is a much better hotel.
